A downloadable game for Windows
You are stuck in an office managing two completely different types of people.
Blue - Is a goodie goodie who always wants to help out and improve the office.
Red - Is a rebel who always wants to damage things and toy with employee's emotions.
Manage their own happiness by fulfilling tasks based on their personalities and putting them into their scrum board.
Keep in mind, you have to make sure they will be happy with whatever you assign them.
Once you reach peak synergy for the work day, you can submit a proposal for a project. You must organize ideas based on Blue and Red's personalities.
You cannot assume they will be happy with just any task!
Once you feel like you have selected accordingly, submit the proposal. If it is approved by both Red and Blue, you will pass for the day. If not, you will be fired!
Goal:
Make it to end of day Friday with flying colors to win! Be wary though, each day morale and synergy will decrease...

Install instructions
Unzip and execute exe file for the unity game for the Desktop Version. I will be uploading an html version later.

I think the game might be a bit too hard. The synergy meter goes down too quickly after a last minute change.
I will fix it at a later date. I apologize!
Self game jam done by a solo developer with Unity. I ran out of time with a few ideas / features.
Currently I plan on adding music, sounds, and animations.
There are probably going to be bugs. I was the only person testing and playing it. UI issues like sliders not loading all the way are known, I just have to find the time to fix it.
